This is olive oil, the way it should be. Small-batch, cold pressed and never blended! Fresh from the latest harvest in the Peloponnese. Expect a well rounded, buttery, slightly grassy olive oil that packs a punch of polyphenols to give it that peppery hint at the back of the throat. A good harvest this year (compared to the last) has Pavlos happy again; you can taste his joy in the oil! It’s in a 750ml wine bottle! Feels weighty and important. The pour is perfect (zero drips!) and it’s reusable! We’ll be selling refill bags/pouches again (very soon!) so keep the bottle and you can refill it.
